Our Roots Run Deep is the motto of Fazeli’ Cellars where its acclaimed wine offerings celebrate rich ancient Persian traditions.
Our wines reflect BJ’s discriminating palate. Because all extraordinary wines start in the vineyard, Fazeli vineyards are tenderly and lovingly cared for. Fazeli wines are produced from estate vineyard and select local growers. The red wines are aged to perfection in French, Hungarian and American barrels before being bottled. The 10-12,000 cases of annual production are released to consistent demand. Careful consideration was also made when it came to selecting the unique names of the wines – each of which have bears a meaningful connection to Fazeli’s Persian heritage.
Fazeli Cellars’ popular Seasons Collection celebrates seasons beginning with the vernal equinox, Norooz. Within this series wines: Norooz (Persian New Year), Boland Rooz (Summer Solstice), Mehregan (Autumnal Equinox) and Yalda (Winter Solstice). Embrace the Chaos is a collection of wines that includes Pandemonium, Uproar, Mayhem, Ruckus and BJ (a nod to BJ Fazeli). For wine that’s sheer poetry, The Heritage Collection pays homage to five noble Persian poets. Within this elite collection are bold, full-bodied styles worthy of the poets they represent: Saadi, Ferdowsi, Hafez, Khayyam and Rumi (our dessert wine).
